Brittany and Nick’s wedding this past June was the kind of celebration that reminds us why we love what we do as wedding musicians and performers.
Hosted at the stunning Intercontinental Hotel Boston, their day was full of elegance, emotion, and high-energy fun.
With the perfect balance of heartfelt moments and a full-on dance party, Brittany and Nick created a celebration that reflected exactly who they are—strong, joyful, and deeply in love.
With our signature live music and DJ hybrid setup, we helped Brittney and Nick bring their vision to life at one of the best Boston wedding venues—a true honor!

The Intercontinental Hotel: Boston Wedding Venue
When it comes to finding a Boston wedding venue that blends timeless elegance with modern flair, the Intercontinental Boston is in a league of its own.
Set along the city’s historic waterfront, this luxury hotel offers panoramic views of the Fort Point Channel and Seaport District.
Brittany and Nick’s reception took place in the Rose Kennedy Ballroom—a spacious venue with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light and showcase the harbor beyond.
Warm lighting, soft florals, and navy blue glassware gave the evening an elevated yet romantic feel, perfect for a couple who wanted both sophistication and celebration.
It’s easy to see why this is considered one of the best wedding venues in Boston.
Boston Wedding Venue: Event Highlights
The Ceremony
Brittany and Nick began their wedding day with a heartfelt ceremony at Our Lady of Good Voyage, just down the street from their reception venue.
The moment they stepped out of the church doors, beaming and surrounded by their ecstatic wedding party, it was clear the love and excitement were overflowing.

The bridesmaids wore a slate blue that popped against the soft brick of the church, while Nick’s sharp white tux jacket gave their look an extra pop of cool.
Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour took place in the foyer just outside the Rose Kennedy Ballroom.
With stunning views of the Seaport, guests sipped drinks and sampled light bites while we provided an acoustic set featuring soulful covers from artists like Van Morrison and Chris Stapleton.
One of the standout visual moments?
A custom ice sculpture shaped like a bridge—labeled “The Bridges”—that not only referenced Brittany and Nick’s shared last name but also subtly nodded to their shared profession: firefighting.

As two first responders, their commitment to each other and their community was felt throughout the day, even referenced with admiration during the speeches.
Dinner and Reception
Dinner was classy and elegant. The tables were adorned with crisp linens, fresh white roses, and personalized menus—classic with just the right amount of flair.

Brittany and Nick’s grand entrance was one for the books. They introduced both sets of parents, seven groups of bridesmaids and groomsmen, and even the flower girls—an incredible 25-person procession that set the tone for an unforgettable night.
We transitioned straight into their first dance with a live acoustic rendition of “Till Death Do Us Part” by Leroy Sanchez, which we performed live. The emotion in the room was palpable as the couple swayed gently on the dance floor, totally lost in the moment.

Later, Brittany and her father danced to “Daddy Dance With Me” by Krystal Keith, followed by Nick’s dance with his mother to a slow, acoustic take on “Forever Young” by Rod Stewart.
One of the most touching moments came when Brittany surprised her mother with a dance of their own, set to “Her” by Anne-Marie—a beautiful tribute to their bond.
Dance Party
Once dinner wrapped and the formalities were done, it was time to party!
DJ Erika flipped the script, transforming the elegant ballroom into a high-energy club. Brittany and Nick requested an EDM-heavy setlist to match their love of nightlife, and we delivered—with crowd favorites from David Guetta, Tiesto, and Avicii shaking the walls and keeping the dance floor packed.

Guests waved glow sticks customized with the couple’s name as they danced the night away.
But just when it seemed like the night couldn’t get any more magical, we slowed things down for the final moment: a live, acoustic performance of “Joy of My Life” by Chris Stapleton.
Brittany and Nick swayed together one last time, surrounded by the love and energy of everyone they care about. It was the perfect way to close an unforgettable night.
